We have the email router set for Server side Synchronization.
we get the below message when we try to send out the emails out from CRM : You cannot send email as selected user. Th e selected user has not allowed this or you donot have sufficient privileges to do so. Contact your system Admin for assistance.
The other environment which its working is setup as a queue in the workflow and where as the environment it is not working - it is setup as a user. should that matter?
Any advise to make this work is highly appreciated!!
This generally means the Exchange mailbox for that queue doesn't have "send on behalf" permissions. Work with your Exchange admin to make sure that everyone that needs to have their stuff sent from that queue email has permission to use that email address in Exchange.
