Has anyone found a solution for adding the + on the Connections Subgrid??
I just need to add one column to the Connections Subgrid view - in doing so and saving as a new customized view, the + button no longer appears above the subgrid.
Could you please check you have the access of connection entity create permission?
I have the System Administrator security role.
Could you please share some more details? Which entity which connections subgrid?
When you say "no longer appears", was it working fine before you add the field? Can you please share a screenshot?
It is for the Opportunity entity. I am wanting to modify the All Sales Team Members View to display a different column.
Here is the subgrid using the System View:
Here is the subgrid using a Custom View (as Microsoft of course does not let you modify system view columns...):
Hi, this is expected. The sales team & stakeholder subgrid has some inbuilt funtionality which inly works withe respected views. If you changw the view, you will loose the oob funtionality including + button.
You could try ribbong workbench to have a connect button just the way it is there for accou t entity.
Here ia similar thread-
Hope this help.
I would suggest adding column to the System view.
Have you found a solution yet other than the Ribbon workbench?
