How to create custom activity plugin to generate ssrs has a pdf and attach as note and email?
Is this for CRM Online or OnPremise ? If it's OnPremise it's fairly straightforward to call the ReportingServices web service to run and render a report, then save this as a note and email it. The main things to know are:
If you've CRM Online, then you can't do this, as you have no access to the ReportingServices web service
you can use below tool to generate. basically it is using custom workflow and reporting web service to achieve that.

By the way, it is possible to render reports in a plugin/workflow activity even if you are online. I created a solution which does this, and at the core is a plugin which calls the ReportViewer service to render the report.
