On Account level in CRM we have a field called "Project Manager", which is a user lookup.
On Contact level we have a similar lookup field called "Project Manager" which is a user lookup.
I have made 1:n relation between those, but it only works when you create a new contact under that account?
Is it possible - when someone changes Project Manager on Account, that all contact under that Account has their Project manager updated as well?
Yes, it is possible. you can write a plugin for "Project manager " update. and update all related contact with the same value.
