I hope someone can help me?
All our emails stopped sending from 1am on 23rd April.
I have been deleting completed system jobs to free up space and I don't believe this has caused it (I was using bulk delete on system jobs where completed and no recurring patterns/dates).
The mailbox is now showing as outgoing email status: failure with all emails showing as pending send or failed.
I asked a 365 Global Admin to log in, approve email and then test and enable mailbox but it still says failure.
Does anyone know what can fix this issue?
A starting point to get the underlying error - please check for 'Alerts' section on the CRM Mailbox or Email Server Profile.
Also, within the CRM mailbox record we have "Download Mailbox details" which will generate a log and also contain any errors encountered.

Unfortunately am not aware of this issue and wasn't able to find anything helpful on it:

Better to contact MS Support and keep this thread active.
Thanks - we've just managed to get the mailbox outgoing email to success but everything still pending send and I did a test email to myself from the mailbox and pending send too.
What are the number of emails been sent from SMTP server ?
If you are using Gmail the max limit is ~ 20000 emails per day .
Because Gmail tracks total emails sent on a rolling 24 hour basis, each subsequent batch of emails will be sent exactly 24 hours after the last email from the previous batch is sent. For example, if you send 8,000 emails on Wednesday at 2:00 PM, then the first 2,000 will be sent right away. If they finish sending at 2:15 PM, then the next batch of 2,000 will be sent at 2:15 PM on Thursday.

What did you do to get this going again? I'm having the same issue. Just stopped unexpectedly and no further details other than "GeneralOutgoingEmailServerError".
