I am the system admin for our environment and we are trying to get users to be able to utilize the Dynamics 365 for Phone App. I have created a security role for acess and enabled the mobile app. When I loggin to the Mobile Phone App I get the following Error, "Error_Title_Generic" "L_PinnedRecordnotFoundTextFromDashboard ErrorDialog.Provide Technical Details". Additionally when I got to the Home screen I get a blue rectangle that stated "PinnedTilePlaceHolderPinHere". After Click it changes to another message and so on but doesn't display the environment. Any insight?
Why not start with the standard Salesperson role and see how it goes from there? There's a lot of obscure dependencies you run into when trying to make a role from scratch.

Does the system admin have the same issue when he/she login to Dynamics 365 for phones?

Yes Judy, I am using sys admin account to login on iphone app.
Have also tried with other sys admin account on different iphone but same issue.
It works on ipad app.
Yes, its latest version, I re-installed app twice today from app store.

Not every user is affected and it's only happening on the dashboard area of the mobile app.
Does any one have a solution for this?
