When a user wants to reactivate the Resolved Case and getting the error message like: "This Case has already been resolved.Close and reopen the case record to see the updates".please find the below error screenshot regarding the same for your refrence.
user is facing only one particular and rest of the cases are working fine but i don't know why it is happening for only one particular case.
I have checked under closed activities section and all are completed status of that case.I have asked the download log file in that file it is showing same as mentioned in the above error

This happens when user opened multiple windows and forget to close them. Then they continue to work in a different window to resolve the case. The unclosed first window is not refreshed or closed. So during second attempt server will throw this error.
Ask users to refresh the form or close all windows & start from beginning. It looks like you don’t have access to the system, ask them to send the audit page screenshot for further understanding.
Enabling Tracing in CRM server and check trace files can give you some more pointer why this is happening :https://archive.codeplex.com/?p=crmdiagtool2011
Checking event viewer logs can helpful also.
Apologies for the delaying response.
The above case was worked by different users.They are telling that once update has done from their end and used to close the window/form.
They have had refresh the page and closing the application as well.Also,they restarted the systems several times but no luck,still they are not able to reactivate that case.
Please advise on the same.
