Hi everyone , is it possible that i fetch from other database table and show the result in some entity of crm ? For example show that records in subgrid or lookup or something like that?
If data from other database is just read only, then you can show it CRM.. but if you want to link it to that database, then it is not possible.
You need to import that data into CRM and then you can easily show it into lookup or subgrid.
Hope this will help..
Suppose that i have accounting system ,when user insert to that system , new created record show in crm automatically , i dont want import data, i want show online data inserted of other table in crm subgrid
CRM subgrid can show only CRM data from a related table. So to answer your wuestion,it is not possible to fetch data from other database and show it in a subgrid. However there are other ways to achieve this like creating an html web resource and in that web resource fetch the data from different sstem and display it. You need to have some api's in the external system to fetch data.
Or you can try virtual entities concept in CRM.
Hope this helps.
