How can I hide/show a workflow action button based on the current Portal User Role?
you need to customize workflow button, and add enable rule based on user permissions which are unique to role.
I'm trying to do this in a CRM Customer Portal.
Got the form, got the action button (workflow based) just need to hide/show the button deppending on the logged user.
You've got a few options:
- You can make separate Entity Forms, one with the button, and one without, and use Liquid to choose between them
I've gone into more details in my latest blog post:
Hope that helps.
