I have an entity form and I want in after being sent on the portal, a notification be sent to my email, just like alert.
Yes, this is certainly possible using standard Dynamics workflows. Keep in mind that the Portal is interacting with standard Dynamics data through the CRM SDK - therefore, create a workflow that runs when a record is inserted or updated (depending on your type of Entity Form) and use the out-of-the-box Send Email capabilities.
