I am trying to change the ownership of an entity but get the following error. I need to know if this is an OOB error, and if so, has anyone ever seen this before? I have gone into the user's record but don't see where it's asking me to "activate" them. They are already part of the sales team. We recently did an update of CRM. The update was Security Update 3.2 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 On Premise 7.0 188.8.131.52, we are on premise 2015.

This is not a standard CRM error code (or not a documented one, anyway), and the 'Sales Person Level' field referenced in the error is not an OOB field. So, it looks like this error is being thrown by a custom plugin
Ok, thanks. I will do some research.
