CRM - 8.2.3 on Premise
Outlook - Outlook 2016
ADFS - ADFS 6 on-premise
Recently the user has upgraded CRM to 8.2.3 (on-premise), installed outlook app (with exchange online). Now, whenever the user clicks on outlook CRM app they are redirected to the windows login screen when on the company network. If you cancel the prompt it is redirected to the ADFS authentication screen. This happens every 24 hours, which is quite annoying for the user. Expected behaviour should be that the outlook app should automatically log in and should not ask for windows or ADFS authentication.
Even the effort to extend the session timeout to more than 24 hours is also failing.
Any help on this regard is highly appreciated.
We have tried a lot of articles, some are below.
Are the urls for the ADFS server, and all those used for CRM IFD, set to be in the local intranet zone for the user's browser ?
Yes, it is all added to the local intranet zone.
