I created a WF to update fields based on a trigger (is set to X value) and I want it to clear those fields when the trigger (is set to Y value). How can I do that please?

It's a base function -- Operator: Clear
Use the Clear option in Dynamic values of your workflow instead of Set to. This will remove existing values.
