In CRM 2011 we have a user that is receiving emails that have been previously Set Regarded, but she's unable to see in Outlook that they are being tracked. She's trying to not duplicate the tracking, but I cannot figure out why she's unable to see that they're being tracked. All settings/options appear to be correct and she can Set Regard emails just fine, but for some reason just can't see that forwarded emails are being tracked. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
