Can we use `expand` key for getting list of users with their privileges? There is something like I want to do, but with accounts and accounts tasks - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/common-data-service/webapi/retrieve-related-entities-query?view=dynamics-ce-odata-9#retrieve-related-entities-by-expanding-collection-valued-navigation-properties.
This isn't possible. The main issue is that the user can get permissions from multiple roles, and then the privileges from these roles are combined, so it's not a simple expandable relationship. Theoretically it would be possible to create a virtual entity (or non-virtual with plugins on RetrieveMultiple) to query the roles and privileges, and expose then as if they were entity records, but this would be noticeable development effort
