We do not actively use booking alerts. The only use is to confirm an order has been completed (automatically created on closing an order).
We would like to hide the booking alerts in the Activities feed on the Record Wall. We can do this manually (each time we open an Account record) but is there any way to hide these posts by default?
You need to go into the form editor and show selected and untick booking alerts
