I am trying to click to open an active process and am getting an error
This has worked in the past and I am able to open a deactivated process. So I tried to deactivate the process i want to open but get another error.
If I click on download log file I see:

I am the admin and have no idea what could be wrong.
Have you upgrade your system?If so, please check this articles
is this happens in all environments?
Try to turn on tracing, and get a full details log.
I rebooted the server and everything is working now.
