I Have added the following field to my account:
These are Lookups to the Contacts table.
So basically this company had multiple email addresses depending on what "Group" within that account need to be emailed.
I have a workflow that gets triggered when a specific email needs to be sent. When the Sales Department needs to be notified my workflow should "Pull" the contact from the "Sales Contact" field on the account form.
However, this is what it looks like in my workflow:
When I trigger the workflow and try to send the email I get an error stating I need to supply a valid recipient.
Is it even possible to do what I want to accomplish?
Are those accounts valid to send emails? There are some out of the box fields regarding communication in which you say if you want the account to allow emails, etc.
Also, check if the email field has a valid email address, on the fields of emails.
