We are integrating our case management to SP (document management). SP is also our EDRMS system. I have a requirement where depending on what category is against the case, the document should be saved in a relevant location in SP.
For eg If the case is about an Animal on the road, the document pertaining that case should be automatically added to Animal Management --> Reporting SP. If the case is about a pothole in the road, the document should be routed to Infrastructure --> Reporting
This is of course not the standard OOB behaviour with SP integration. However is this possible?
