I am using the App for Outlook and have an issue with Tracking.
When we receive mails we use the "Set Regarding" and everything is fine. The mail will be tracked (mainly in Opportunities).
When I reply to a - already tracked - mail, the mail seems to be tracked but after a few seconds a message appears "Email recipients have been added and removed" (please see below) and the mail is NOT being tracked.
When I go to my "Sent Items" folder in Outlook and track it manually afterwards it is working...
This is very frustrating as we do not want to track all outgoing mails manually. Is there a solution for it?
Can you go to your Personal Options > Email Tab and check your user email settings?
If you have the some option as I do, any reply to an email that is already tracked in CRM will automatically be tracked in Dynamics, without any manual action in Dynamics App for Outlook.

Indeed I already use this option as default. The problem does not concern incoming mails but outgoing.
When I reply to a (tracked) mail it shows the right Tracking but in fact it does not work.
Interesting is that the App shows a message "E-Mail recipients have been added and removed".
So I have to go to my Sent Items folder and track all these mails manually.
Any further tipps?
