Help me, please: how can I edit this form? For all activities (Phone Call, Task etc.), this form works as it should - StateCode and Status are displayed:
For Campaign Response I added several Statuses for one State, but the closing form itself does not contain this field:
Please help me figure out how to do it?
can you share which CRM version you are using?
When I test this on the current D365 CE Online Version(18.104.22.16830) my changes are reflected in the Close Dialog
Thank you for your answer!
Unfortunately, on-premise 8.2.12.
Forced to update this topic because no reply received yet.
Hi Valentin, this feature is available on v9 On Premise as well (Just checked and I confirm it is available on 22.214.171.124). It behaves the same as my provided screenshot on my previous comment.
Thx, I understood, but I need some solution for on-premise 8.2.12 =(
Hi Valentin, I see.
You could consider a custom approach on this.
User would select the respective values and submit back the desired states.
