We have a Case Origin = External, we need cases with this origin to be handled by a specific Team. This Team should not be able to look at other case types.
How can we handle this ?

Then you need a plugin to add automatically members to your access team when a case is created with origin external.

You can also do this using retrieve multiple plugin , retrieve the user team/security role check the user add additional filter with Case Origin in the query.
