i have a normal CRM user that I'm using to send emails from the workflows in our dynamics crm 2016.And now we need to reset the password of this user from the AD for that i'm asking what we have to do in the CRM once the password is changed?and is this will affect the sending emails process?
Also, i need to reset the password of the exchange account that i'm using in the email server profiler. so, what we have to do in the crm other then updating the password in the email server profile?
If the password is used in a mailbox or any configuration that you need to update them. There is no other action I would think you need to take.
