Having recently moved into the Online world I am not sure what to see in my solutions area when the latest updates for April 'Dynamics CRM 2020 release wave 1' are applied. I recently updated this release into my Test environment via Early Access and was shocked to see 16 new solutions being added. We are on the Customer Service product and earlier only had the few minimum solutions applied in our product(Around 5 in total). Can someone let me know if this same scenario of addition of 16 new solutions be replicated in our other environments including Production as well ? This is certainly going to fill up the solutions area ! Why do they add so many and I dont think we need all this as well. Any pointers or info on this would be useful.
I believe these solution are part of the Customer Service module and will be carrying the new features listed in the following article - docs.microsoft.com/.../planned-features.

Thanks for the reply. However my main question was not about hiding but is that when I am used to seeing 4-5 solutions in my application why are 16 new solutions being added to our application on this release and would this keep happening after each release cycle per year so that in the solution area we can expect 100+ solutions at some time. Also what is best practice to let them all be there or delete some selectively that we do not need.
(Note: This is our first time on CRM online.)
These solutions will add features from wave 1 for Customer Service to Dynamics 365 V9 Online. It is not recommended to remove system solutions without consulting Microsoft .
