We urgently need your support to show how we can update the primary email for client account for the licenses as previous current mail is no more used.
As per the CSP Partner Centre , the need to update it.We cannot see them in Partnersource so I am unable to add the customer into customersource. I have looked in CSP Partner Center and I think that person is listed as the primary contact for them but the email address is different.
The customer has D365 CE licences through CSP but they are not visible in Partnersource so unable to add users for customersource.
