In which scenario this issue comes e.g. on load of the contact form or while performing any specific activity with the contact record.
From the log shared by you, it seems like the 'appendto' access is missing.
Please provide the exact scenario when this issue is encountered so that we can help you better.
during create of contact
As mentioned earlier, the append to privilege is missing for the logged in user who is trying to create the contact.
Please find the below URL which contains the security error related information.
as mentioned by Amit it is a security role privilege on the AppendTo entity with type code 10012 which is a custom entity (lookup on the contact entity).
Find the custom entity with this object type code and give the security role assigned to the user, the AppendTo permission.
Seems that a user is missing minimal privileges to create a contact
I would suggest you to first check who is the user mentioned in 'calling user' and which is the custom entity mentioned in 'objecttypecode', after that find if any of the security roles associated with this user have the missing privilege and if not add the appropriate level for 'appendtoaccess' privilege (user, business unit, parent: child business units or organization)
Save the security role changes, ask to user to sign to Dynamics again and try to create the contact.
