I was looking on the internet for a problem of mine, The problem is that our company has a huge list of products and we need to add them to a Opportunity and maybe later on the quote as well.
For this matter the products must be registered in system beforehand, so they show up in Add Existing product menu (We can not use Existing product because so many information has been written in the product and we need to reuse them)
So I Searched the web and looks like MS has already given us the option "Make pricelist Optional" but I don't seem to find it. Am I missing something or is it somewhere special?

The menus you are referring belongs to CRM online, right?
I don't have those menus and settings on-premise.
Unfortunately this feature is not available in UCI as of now for on-premise environment. Additionally this is available only for the UCI client and not for legacy.
