Have anyone tried to enable Delegate Access to Outlook Client? Point is to have assistant track emails and Appointments from her/his managers Outlook. In Microsoft instructions it says that "DelegateAccessEnabled" and "TrackAppointmentsFromNonOrganizer" settings in Organization settings both have to be set to True. I can find TrackAppointmentsFromNonOrganizer setting but DelegateAccessEnabled setting is missing. Does anybody know why is it missing or is there something changed in CRM? My CRM is OnPremise 2016.
You should be able to see the setting DelegateAccessEnabled in OrgDbOrgSetting solution -
You can try to download the latest version of OrgDbOrgSetting tool from here - github.com/.../ and then you should be able to see and update the value of DelegateAccessEnabled setting. More details can be find here - docs.microsoft.com/.../enable-delegate-access
