Here are all the entities I need in my word template: Parent Entity, Note Entity(related Parent Entity), Child Entity, Note Entity(related Child Entity).and their relationship is here Base on my knowledge, I can't get the C-NOTE entity when creating a word template. (I'll very appreciate If anyone can tell me how to get the entity fields)Therefore, I'm thinking about generating two Word Templates from parent and child entity respectively and merge it as a single Word document.is that possible? Thank you in advance.
This explains an example, worth to try? www.dynamicsobjects.com/.../How-to-merge-CRM-Word-Templates-from-two-related-entities
Thanks for your reply Erhan. I also found this website, but I can't really find this " PDF-Docs> Merge Documents" when I try to create the workflow.
If you can find it, would you be able to show me where can I find it?
