I have Requirement to show previous opportunity records approver names, Status, and Approve date in the email notification to GM. This and this person is approved on so and so date
I would like to know how could i show this in email body for the GM kindly assist ME
You may add additional fields in Opportunity entity to save approver names.
When you send email, you may insert those information in email with dynamic value with workflow.
