For an IT audit, I am looking for a logging of the management and solutions of incidents by the (super) users in Dynamics.
Can you tell me where Dynamics logs this? How can I substract it from Dynamics?

Could you please specify if you're using Online or onPremise? I understand that you're looking for something that can show Cases already Resolved by specific user. Is this correct? you can use for example advanced find to specify the criteria you need:

We dont really work with Cases unfortunately.
Is there no logging in the Advanced Settings somewhere?
We work online (in the MS cloud).
What do you mean by "management and solution of incidents"
- Solutions within Dynamics are handled on Settings section:
- IF we're talking about Incidents (that is: cases), then you can search with the filters I've provided previously.
- If you have Auditing enabled, you can perform searches on the AuditLog by going to protection.office.com:
