In a case record we use the Knowledge Base article search:
One of the options is to Copy the link but that doesn't work.
Is there an option to show the URL (example; https://help.blue10.com/knowledgebase/article/KA-01000/nl-nl) of the Knowledge Base artikel in the search in the case? We would like to close a case with the URL to the Knowledge Base arctile but support want to find that arcticel by the Knowledge Base article search.
