We would like to use the CRM plugin with Outlook 2019 (64bit) on a RDS 2019 environment with roaming profiles.

Furthermore, we do an automatic profile cleanup on the servers after user logout. So the locally located profiles on the servers are deleted again.

Our test has shown that the plugin must be reconfigured for each user login. Attached is the message the user gets.


If the profiles on the server are not cleaned, there is no problem. So it seems that the corresponding information is not in the roaming profile but in appdata\local?

Is the problem with roaming profiles already known and is there a solution?
Is it possible to redirect the data into the roaming profile?
