I want to know whether i can have Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise and Dynamics 365 Customer Service Professional licenses assigned to users in same environment? Or just one type of license can be used and not both?
You can assign both licenses however I believe that enterprise would take precedence. Those licenses would apply to that user in all environments within that tenant. Is there a reason you need both licenses assigned to one user?
both licenses will be assigned to different user. A user will have either one of these licenses and not both
Would really appreciate some license expert answering this.
Based on your statement, are you having both Customer Service Enterprise & Customer Service Professional Licenses purchased for your tenant or for your organisation?
If not you can assign any one of the licenses for your user in the environment to get access to the App.
By the way customer service enterprise have all features on App, whereas customer service professional app have limited features.
I hope this helps.
In a single environment, can i assign both licenses to different users. Other then saving some price, will i get some gain with this?
