I saw the comments by Biddy yesterday complaining about the complexity of the site and have to say I agree. The added layer of profiles is not doing anything for me. I posted a question in the msdn forum last night as hillsidecrm - this morning I've had some useful replies and have resolved my issue. I'd now like to post the completed solution for others to see, only to find that when I log in after clicking reply I'm taken to a create profile screen - and when I enter hillsidecrm it tells me that names already taken. I ended up creating hillsidecrm1 - now whenever I go back there it recognizes me as hillsidecrm1. I'm worried I'll soon be using hillsidecrm1001!
Hello,Thank you for the feedback here. I want to make sure I am understanding all your steps correclty. So I am glad to hear you resolved your issue. When you say you would like to post the complete solution, are you trying to post this on the Microsoft Dynamics Community site or MSDN? Because MSDN and Community are two seperate websites. Your log in information from MSDN may not be the same as in community. Since you were able to create this post and you are showing up as hillsidecrm I am thinking you are having this issue on the MSDN site. I also checked our profile database and I have not found any hillsidecrm1.
Could you also provide more detail around what you mean by "added layer of profiles"?
Looking forward to your reply so we can get this issue resolved.
