The Salesforce CRM connector is visible in the Connector Gallery; however, the Add button is greyed out and cannot be selected.
Environment:
- Microsoft 365 E5 tenant
- Global Administrator account
- Salesforce Enterprise environment
- Salesforce External Client App has been configured for OAuth integration
Troubleshooting completed:
- Verified Global Administrator role
- Verified access to Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Copilot Connectors
- Confirmed Salesforce CRM connector appears in the catalog
- Verified issue occurs before Salesforce authentication is initiated
- Confirmed no Microsoft 365 Copilot license is currently assigned to the administrator account
Please confirm:
1. Whether Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing is required to create a Salesforce CRM connector.
2. Whether additional licensing, billing policies, or service provisioning are required.
3. Why the Add button is disabled for this connector in our tenant.
