Selected Entity is not valid for this client. Enable for Unified Client is unavailable

Hi everyone,

I am unable to select the "Enable for Unified Client" option for my created entity. Additionally, the Communication & Collaboration options are also unavailable.
The selected entity is not valid for this client.

Could you please help me? How can I fix this issue?
