Posted on by

We are following up on the SSL certificate rotation issue affecting our Foamco-dev2 environment.

During our previous Teams troubleshooting session, we:

  • Shared the requested screenshots demonstrating the SSL certificate rotation failure.

  • Reproduced the issue during the live session.

  • Provided our findings regarding a potential credential mismatch between the LCS VM account password and the actual VM administrator password.

At this time, the issue remains unresolved and continues to impact our environment.

Issue Details

  • Environment: Foamco-dev2

  • Operation: SSL Certificate Rotation

  • Error Code: 95016

  • Error Message: Access Denied

  • Result: SSL certificate rotation fails and the environment transitions to an Incomplete state after the failed operation.

Request

Could you please provide an update on the status of your investigation and any findings from the analysis?

This is currently a high-priority issue for our team, as we are unable to successfully complete SSL certificate rotation activities.

If additional troubleshooting is required, we are available to join another Teams session today and can provide any further information needed to help expedite resolution.

We appreciate your assistance and look forward to your update.

Thanks & Regerds,
Suriya Prakash C

It appears you are attempting to contact a support team to help with an ongoing issue. However, this is a public community of Dynamics 365 professionals helping each other, not a channel to reach your support team. You may wish to reach out to that support team directly instead of posting to a public forum to continue your investigation.

If you meant to connect with your peers to get help, please let the experts here know which Microsoft Dynamics product you need help with. Then the right community members with the appropriate expertise can find your issue.

    Hope that helps!
