Budget entries in Cash Flow Planing

Hello, I'm configuring the cash flow planing in our company and I try to register monthly costs (Rent, Eenergy,salaries, etc..) as budget entries, to be included in the cash flow calculation. I can see all these costs in the cash flow forecast (url&mi=cashFlowHub). Bute after posting the real Costs in the general ledger these budget entries stil appears in my cash flow. Is there any ways to exclude this entries automaticaly like customer open transactions (settelement)? Or If you have another option, how to register such kind of periodic costs for cash flow forecast please let me know.
