Hi experts ,

I'm getting following error while installing Invoice capture tool in power platform admin centre , I have already stetup Power platform admin centre integration from LCS for the environment and enable dual write setup , I have installed Virtual entity from power platform admin centre already but I get this error , if some could perhaps help on this , would appreciate it a lot.

Hi,

Could you please review the below –

Check if Finance & Operations Virtual Entity is displayed with a status of Installed.

Ensure the Invoice Capture for Dynamics 365 Finance feature is enabled.

Go to Invoice Capture Setup and verify that the legal entities are correctly onboarded.

If the environment isn't correctly set up, the installation might fail.

Finance & Operations versions should be 10.0.36 or later.

Virtual Entity might not be properly linked to the environment.

Hi MB-14021109-0,

A few questions:

1. Have you enabled the "Invoice capture for Dynamics 365 Finance" in the Power Platform admin center?

2. If your version of D365 Finance 10.0.35 with build number 10.0.1627.86 or higher (as per error message)?

Suggestion:

If there is an update available then use the Upgrade available option for "Invoice capture for Dynamics 365 Finance", otherwise sometimes the virtual entity fails to be retrieved. Hope Version 1.9.1.x is the version you have installed. Latest version is 1.9.3.10 (Latest version - Invoice capture).

If none of the suggestion works, recommend you raise a Microsoft support request.
