I’m working with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (Real‑Time Marketing) and I’ve run into a strange issue with the Preference Center.
The Problem:
When I open the Preference Center directly (for example from the Form designer preview), only one topic (“topic x”) is pre‑checked, which matches the topic settings.
However, when a new user receives the Welcome Email from a journey and clicks the {{preferences_center_url}} link:
➡️ All topics suddenly appear pre‑checked by default,
even though only one of them is configured that way.
This happens consistently for new contacts who have no prior subscriptions.
