Customer voice response from Real time marketing

Hello, I am sending a Customer voice survey using real-time marketing. when I look at the responses, I cannot understand who was the customer that submitted the answer, and I need to search in Dynamics to find the right person manually. 
 
Is there a way I can add the first name, last name here instead of the Marketing Respondent?

    I have the same problem....
    Real time is not properly integrated with Customer Voice.
     
    Is there any plan to fix this ??
