
After the first approval, the system correctly creates the approval entry for the second approver. However, the second approver does not receive any email notification, even though the approval entry exists.
I have verified that:
The approval entry is created for the second approver
The workflow is set up for multiple approval levels
The first approver receives email notifications correctly
Could anyone help identify why the email notification is not being sent to the second approver?
