Swiss QR-bills: QR-IBAN field not editable in Bank Accounts

Hello everyone,

Trying to implement the swiss QR-Bills for invocming invoices only. The field QR-IBAN is grayed out/ot editable, but I dont know why?

I followed the instructions here:

By the way, same in Contoso. There is no Swiss company in contoso, however, according to MS Learn, it is also appears in other legal entities, like Germany.

Hi,

Is this field also locked for the System administrator role? If not, then you might need to add field permissions to the user for this particular field.

As Andre said, you can verify the security roles and permissions assigned to the user trying to edit the QR-IBAN field.

Hey,

As a SysAdmin I should have access to it. I havent checked the permissions as

a) I am SysAdmin

b) its a standard field

Therefore, I thought there is a parameter or something else necessary to enable the field.

Will keep you updated.

As SysAdmin role cant be modified there is nothing I can add...

Hi Adis,

QR-IBAN field will be activated when a bank account has Switzerland as address.

Thanks a lot Alireza!

I followed the link you provided and checked also MS Learn, however, it doesnt say anywhere that the Bank Account Address needs to be a Swiss address...I know that the field becomes available only in certain legal entities, depending on the country, but not that it is dependent on the bank address.
