Duplicate WBS at project

We just updated our F&O environment with 10.0.41 and link to Project operations 

 

Project operations

Server version: 9.2.24091.00198

Client version: 1.4.9184-2409.1

 

Now when we open any project, we find there is a duplicate WBS.

 

 

In two WBS, the difference is two lines.

WBS 2

 

 

Could anybody help us with why it is like that? Why do we have two WBSs in the same project?
