Any idea on how to automatically track all emails sent from Exchange using the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook? For some reason, it only tracks automatically the emails I receive.

To automatically track sent emails from Exchange in Dynamics 365 via the App for Outlook, make sure:

Server-Side Sync is enabled.

Mailbox settings in Dynamics have "Track All Emails" or "Emails in response to Dynamics 365 email" set.

The sent emails are in your "Sent Items" folder, not composed outside Outlook (like on mobile apps not supporting the add-in).

You're not using auto-tracking rules that exclude sent items.
