System.AccessViolationException from aoskernel when opening All Purchase Orders form (dev VM)

Hi everyone,
Opening All purchase orders throws System.AccessViolationException — Attempted to read or write protected memory, Source=aoskernel, no evaluable stack trace. VS breaks inside FormRun.addDisplayMethod on the super() call. Every other form opens normally.

I have an extension model over PurchTable: one form event handler class, plus a CoC class on PurchLine.modifiedField that I deleted mid-session.

Tried: iisreset, AOS service restart, Clean + Rebuild, full DB sync, detaching the debugger.

Try building the whole model, not just the project.

But could you please illustrate what was the problem? Is it the caching?

To me, it doesn't sound like something related to caching. If it was, IIS restart would likely solve it.
I think the problem is really in compilation, when some binaries are for old code and some for new code and they can't work together.
