Does GP 18.7 support .net framework 4.8?

According to this link, GP supports .net framework 4.7.2. And I can't find any information about 4.8. The reason I'm asking is recently we upgraded our SQL server's OS from Windows 2016 to Windows 2022, now submitting and delegating purchase requisitions become much slower. Windows 2016 uses .net framework 4.6 and Windows 2022 uses version 4.8. I'm wondering if this is causing the issue.
