How to Optimize Performance for Remote Assist on Lower-End Devices?

Posted on by 2
Hi everyone,
I’m using Microsoft Remote Assist on some lower-end devices, and I’ve noticed occasional lag and performance issues, especially during video calls and when sharing 3D annotations. I’ve tried basic troubleshooting like updating the app and checking network speed, but the performance is still inconsistent.
Has anyone experienced similar issues? What steps or settings would you recommend to improve performance, particularly on devices with lower specs? Are there any specific configurations or best practices that might help with smoother operation?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
