A few days ago, we noticed that some of the templates in the Customer Voice under Automation had disappeared. Specifically, this concerns the template for case resolving. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
Currently I only see the 4 templates for the Health Care area.
We created a new project with the project template SUPPORT. After adding the survey, we click on SEND and then on AUTOMATION... and there we can only see the 4 templates above.
Did you ever resolve this issue? I have exactly the same problem and need the template for case resolution ...
